I’m really taking off with this fitness coaching and have recently been ranked to Emerald Coach now and have been recognized in success starters! Which is incredible and why I’ve been super busy and haven’t been able to post as often as I’d like but just know I’m still here.
Since becoming an online health and fitness coach I’ve been doing a ton more personal development than I normally do and I am so grateful for this.
Aside from my chocolatey 70 superfoods shake that I drink daily that helps me with my brain fog this personal development has been amazing for me. It helps me stay on track, become a better person, become more productive and it even helps me with my workouts! I would recommend everyone to do 30 minutes to 1 hour of Personal Development every single day!
The first book I started off with was ‘The 5 Second Rule’ by Mel Robins. It will set you straight! I loved it and i still reference it! My second would have to be the Mastery series by Robin Sharma, but to be honest, anything by Robin Sharma is simply amazing! follow him on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram you guys, he gives me the boost I need and I am almost certain that he will do the same for you.
Here’s a list of the top 10 things amazing leaders do by Robin Sharma. Read the whole thing. If it sparks something in you like it did for me, act on it because you only have 5 minutes before your brain goes on auto pilot and ruins the whole thought.
