I’m really taking off with this fitness coaching and have recently been ranked to Emerald Coach now and have been recognized in success starters! Which is incredible and why I’ve been super busy and haven’t been able to post as often as I’d like but just know I’m still here.
Since becoming an online health and fitness coach I’ve been doing a ton more personal development than I normally do and I am so grateful for this.
Aside from my chocolatey 70 superfoods shake that I drink daily that helps me with my brain fog this personal development has been amazing for me. It helps me stay on track, become a better person, become more productive and it even helps me with my workouts!
